Slack Subscription Required:

Customers must already have an active Slack subscription to enable Slack integration. This subscription must be set up and managed by the customer. We do not provide assistance with setting up Slack or managing the Slack account itself.
Slack offers several pricing tiers: the Free plan is $0, the Pro plan is $7.25 per user per month, the Business+ plan is $15 per user per month, and the Enterprise+ plan is $45 per user per month when billed annually. Actual costs may vary based on negotiations and discounts.
Integration Limitations:
â—¦ We will handle the integration of Slack into your WordPress site to provide alerts and notifications once Slack account is set up by customer.
â—¦ We are not responsible for configuring your Slack channels, workspace, or any related settings within Slack itself.
â—¦ If you encounter issues with the Slack integration or workspace setup, these should be handled directly with Slack’s support team.
• Customers must already have an active Calendly subscription in order to integrate Calendly scheduling into their WordPress site.
Integration Limitations:
We will integrate Calendly scheduling functionality, but all Calendly account setup and configuration (like linking availability, personal settings, etc.) must be done by the customer.
MailChimp Subscription Required:
Customers must already have an active MailChimp subscription in order to enable email marketing or newsletter features on their WordPress site.
Integration Limitations:
We will integrate MailChimp forms, lists, and email automation into your WordPress site, but all MailChimp account configuration (such as audience setup, email templates, etc.) must be handled by the customer.
Hosting & Liability Waiver
GoDaddy Hosting:
SSL Certificate: SSL is included with the GoDaddy Managed WordPress Hosting. This feature will ensure the website is secure, visible to search engines, and builds trust with your visitors. If you choose to opt for another hosting provider, SSL will need to be manually configured, and we cannot guarantee the same level of support or security.
For Customers Using Their Own Hosting:
If you choose to install the website on your current hosting provider, we will waive certain liabilities related to website performance, security, or compatibility with the hosting platform.
Liabilities Waived:
â—¦ We do not guarantee uptime, site speed, or performance issues that arise from the current hosting provider.
â—¦ We are not responsible for the security of the hosting environment. It is your responsibility to ensure the hosting platform is secure and has adequate protection.
â—¦ Any issues with SSL certificates, server configuration, or performance related to the host provider are the responsibility of the customer.
â—¦ We cannot assist with issues related to host provider support or their limitations.
Host Platform Compatibility Disclaimer:
• We will provide installation and migration support, but we cannot guarantee full functionality or performance if there are limitations or incompatibilities with your hosting platform (e.g., if the hosting platform does not meet WordPress requirements).
