To ensure security and performance integrity, your site will need to be migrated from your current hosting environment to our AWS-based infrastructure as part of the integration process.

Integration Pathways

Typically, the CRM / Partner Portal Add-On is layered with a website build, when subscribed to either SAGA or EPIC.

A $750 entry set-up fee aligns with lighter integrations or initial setup:

  • Basic workflow setup
  • Foundational system alignment

Best suited for straightforward implementations with minimal customization. We also offer the CRM / Partner Portal as a standalone product (please inquire).

What to Expect

  • Discovery & Planning
    We begin with a discovery call to review your Statement of Work (SOW), define scope, and align on technical requirements.
  • Secure Hosting Migration (AWS)
    Your site is transitioned to our AWS environment to support system integrity, performance, and CRM integration.
  • Integration, Testing & Optimization
    We integrate your website with the Partner Portal and test the environment to ensure everything functions as expected.
  • Ongoing Collaboration
    Expect structured check-ins via Zoom, along with updates through your customer portal and email.

Saga & Epic Plans

Recommended, especially if: your integration involves multiple workflows and advanced integrations, data structures, phased development, or ongoing enhancements. A Saga or Epic plan is typically the more efficient and cost-effective path.
